MSEG RNC Profile Configuration Mode Commands
 
 
The MSEG RNC Profile Configuration Mode enables to configure MSEG RNC profiles.
 
 
associate
This command configures the MSEG to associate with/serve the RNC.

Syntax
[ no ] associate mseg-profile mseg_profile_name

Disassociates the specified MSEG filter from the RNC.
mseg_profile_name
Specifies name of an MSEG profile.
mseg_profile_name must be an alpha and/or numeric string of 1 through 63 characters in length.
Usage
Use this command to configure the MSEG to associate with/serve the RNC.
Only one MSEG can be associated with an RNC.
Example
The following command associates the MSEG named test with the RNC:
associate mseg-profile test

Exits the current configuration mode and returns to the Exec mode.

location
This command enables to add/remove locations that the RNC serves in an MSEG RNC profile.

Syntax
location mcc mobile_country_code mnc mobile_network_code lac location_area_code sac service_area_code

Deletes the previously configured location address in the current MSEG RNC profile.
mcc mobile_country_code
Specifies the Mobile Country Code (MCC).
mobile_country_code must be an integer from 100 through 999.
Note that MCC values from 000 through 099 are reserved codes.
mnc mobile_network_code
Specifies the Mobile Network Code (MNC).
mobile_network_code must be an integer from 00 through 999.
lac location_area_code
Specifies the Location Area Code (LAC).
location_area_code must be an integer from 1 through 65535.
sac service_area_code
Specifies the Service Area Code (SAC).
service_area_code must be an integer from 1 through 65535.
Usage
Use this command to add/remove locations that the RNC serves in an MSEG RNC profile.
Multiple locations can be configured in an MSEG RNC profile.
Example
The following command adds a location address to the current RNC profile with the MCC, MNC, LAC, and SAC set to 111:
location mcc 111 mnc 111 lac 111 sac 111
rnc-gtpu
This command adds/removes data addresses associated with the RNC.

[ no ] rnc-gtpu ipv4/ipv6_address [ udp-port port_number ]

Deletes the specified RNC GTP-U address from the current RNC profile.
ipv4/ipv6_address
Specifies the GTP-U address.
ipv4/ipv6_address must be an IPv4 address in dotted decimal notation, or an IPv6 address in colon notation. IPv6 address in :: notation is also supported.
udp-port port_number
Specifies the UDP port number.
port_number must be an integer from 1 through 65535.
Usage
Use this command to add/remove RNC data addresses associated with the RNC in an MSEG RNC profile. Multiple GTP-U addresses can be associated with the RNC.
Example
The following command configures the RNC GTP-U address 1.1.1.1 and the UDP port 111 in the current MSEG RNC profile:
rnc-gtpu 1.1.1.1 udp-port 111
 
rnc-id
This command configures the RNC ID in an MSEG RNC profile.

Deletes the specified RNC ID from the current MSEG RNC profile.
rnc_id
Specifies the RNC ID.
rnc_id must be an integer from 1 through 65535.
Usage
Use this command to configure the RNC ID in an MSEG RNC profile.
Only one RNC ID can be configured in an MSEG RNC profile.
Example
The following command configures the RNC ID 111 in the current MSEG RNC profile:
